- Abstract
The article focuses on a series of decisions made by the U.S. Supreme Court that resulted in a substantial regression in family policies that have negative impact on families in the U.S. Topics include several significant areas that the Court has acted such as gun violence, abortion and the separation of church and state, some of the family policies that arise in the wake of the activism of the Court and its allies in Congress, and views on the future of family science.
