- Abstract
The article discusses various aspects of the U.S. Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act (AETA), and it mentions how America's Supreme Court denied certiorari in the case Blum v. Holder which deals with the legal rights and obligations of animal rights activists and the claim that the AETA violates the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. America's Animal Enterprise Protection Act is addressed in the case United States v. Fullmer. The Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruelty (SHAC) campaign is examined.
