- Abstract
The article reports on the resolution of the legal case of Richard Fry vs. Colville Tribal Court of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation and Lawrence Fry. In the case the court held that the jurisdiction of a contract dispute between Lawrence Fry, a member of the Colville, and his son Richard, a non member, was with the Tribal court, and because of that the court dismissed the case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
