- Abstract
The article presents a study on the types of troponin T genes from adult porcine skeletal muscle in Japan. The research was done based on 10 samples of troponin T, 8 fast type compound and 2 slow type isoform. Hypothesis of the study revealed that fast type had 3 exons and 1 from the slow type at N-terminal while slow compound had 2 genes ready to be transcribed in protein manner at the C-terminal region.
