- Abstract
The article presents a study on the reciprocal relationship between taste sensor system and gustatory sense in human in Japan. To evaluate for the relativity, intensity and sharpness of the taste of green tea was sampled with the help of taste sensor device, Weber and Weber-Fechner laws to check for the accuracy of the result. The research revealed that taste sensor system and human's gustatory sense is relatively correlated.
