- Abstract
The article offers information on social media releases which are preferred by a growing number of journalists in all media. It has been found that such media are those that allow people to use text, audio and video to share information, ideas and opinions such as blogs, vlogs, podcasts, and message boards. It has been noted that social media releases as used by personal relations practitioners are news releases that incorporate and use properties of social media.
