- Abstract
Aiming at movement disturbances of steering engine in the ground semi-physical load simulation experiment, an electro-hydraulic load simulation method with flow-pressure coordinated control was proposed, and a scheme of pump-valve combined electro-hydraulic load simulator was proposed. The mathematical model of the system was built around the pump-valve combined electro-hydraulic load simulator. Based on the function-division idea of the pump and valve, the speed servo controller and the force servo controller were designed for the pump controlled closed subsystem and the valve controlled subsystem respectively by using the back-stepping sliding mode controller design method. Through the co-simulation, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed technical scheme and control strategy were verified. The results show that the electro-hydraulic load simulation method of flow pressure coordinated control has excellent loading performance, and has a remarkable effect on reducing system power consumption.
