- Abstract
The machining burr and transportation bump of cylindrical gear have an important influence on the transmission performance of gear pair. The tooth profile chamfer machining technology of cylindrical gear was studied, the mathematical model of tooth profile chamfer machining was built, the machine tool model was built based on the simulation software, and the machining program was written to complete the simulation and analysis of tooth profile chamfer. On this basis, the chamfer experiment was completed on the gear milling machine, which verified the feasibility of the tooth profile chamfer technology. It provides a new solution for the tooth profile chamfer machining of involute gear in industrial production.
