- Abstract
: In this paper, the preparation and properties of ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) suitable for 3D printing construction are studied. The effects of three admixtures (silica fume, fly ash and slag powder), sand-cementitious ratio and water-cementitious ratio on the fluidity, flexural strength and compressive strength of UHPC, as well as the effects of steel fiber on the strength and uniaxial tensile properties of UHPC are emphatically tested. The results show that:when the dosage of silica fume, fly ash and slag powder is 5%, 10% and 10% respectively, the sand-cementitious ratio is 1:0 and the water-cementitious ratio is 0.17, the strength of UHPC prepared is the highest; when the volume content of steel fiber is not less than 2.0%, the compressive strength of UHPC is more than 170.0MPa, the flexural strength is more than 40.0MPa, and the flexural strength is more than 10.0 MPa, and the uniaxial tensile stress-strain curve shows strain strengthening behavior;when the volume content of steel fiber is 2.5%, the ultimate tensile strain of UHPC can reach 6000x10-6.
