- Abstract
Qinglongzhou Bridge in Yiyang City is the first self-anchored suspension bridge with UHPC low-ribbed slabs. The precast bridge slabs are transported to the bridge site for wet joint pouring and integration. By simulating the construction conditions, multiple sets of full-scale model tests were carried out on the transverse and longitudinal wet joints of the bridge, and the stress analysis results of the finite element model were compared to comprehensively evaluate the technical feasibility of the UHPC low-ribbed slabs in the erection of bridge. The results show that the UHPC tensile stress level at the joint is the main control factor of the structure, while the bending resistance of the joint meets the engineering requirements. The construction technology characteristics of UHPC low-ribbed slabs in the construction of Qinglongzhou Bridge were summarized, providing reference for similar projects.
