- Abstract
The compulsory course of the Organic Chemistry "annizzaro disproportionation reaction to prepare benzyl alcohol" is studied, and the reaction conditions in the textbook are optimized. The ethyl acetate is used to replace the methyl tert-butyl ether (three-types of carcinogens) as the extractant in the pos t-treatment, and the quantitative analysis of the product by NMR is explored. Practice shows that introducing new methods of the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) quantitative technology into experimental teaching stimulates students' enthusiasm for exploring science, improves their ability to analyze and solve problems, and lays a solid foundation for the cultivation of innovative talents in the "Double firstrclass" universities.
