- Abstract
In order to accurately detect dielectric loss, this paper proposed the dielectric loss angle measurement based on the improved ITD algorithm and least square method. It is a method that firstly conforms covariance matrix as data preprocessing, then extracts the frequency characteristics of fundamental wave voltage and current component based on the improved ITD algorithm, and finally acquires their phase information by the least square method so as to realize the dielectric loss angle measurement with high accuracy. The simulation result shows that the method is feasible and effective when the true value of dielectric loss angle, frequency fluctuations of fundamental voltage, the three harmonic ratio, the DC component proportion, and sampling points change.
