- Abstract
The article highlights the importance of multi-disciplinary approach to caring for pregnant women with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). Topics discussed include the common symptoms of APS, namely, vascular thrombosis and pregnancy morbidity, disadvantage of testing every pregnant women for antiphospholipid antibodies, and the role of APS in recurrent miscarriage, stillbirth and pre-eclampsia.
