- Abstract
Pulmonary function tests were employed for the objective assessment of the response of 6 patients with systemic scleroderma to treatment with disodium EDTA, pyridoxine and reserpine. Impairment of pulmonary function was observed less frequently than in some other investigations. Treatment produced no consistent improvement. The possible implications of these findings are discussed.
