- Abstract
Refractory leg ulcers in prolidase deficiency with antiphospholipid antibody positivity responding to aspirin-hydroxychloroquine-vitamin C combination therapy Dear Editor, Prolidase deficiency (PD) is an autosomal recessive disorder caused by mutation in Peptidase D ( I PEPD i ) gene that encodes for prolidase enzyme which splits proline or hydroxyproline. Herein, we report a case of PD with recalcitrant leg ulcers associated with antiphospholipid antibody (APLA) positivity.
