- Abstract
This article reports on the results of a study concerning the control of wheat bulb fly, Leptohylemyia coarctata, in Scotland. Nine treatments were replicated four times on 1/40th acre plots in a randomized block layout. All the treatments were combined organo-mercurial fungicide/insecticide seed dressings based on aldrin, dieldrin, heptachlor and gamma-BHC except the controls, which were dressed with the fungicide only.
