- Abstract
The article discusses case studies of five patients in Japan who were diagnosed with severe haemophilia A had anti-blood coagulation factor VIII inhibitors. Topics discussed include immune tolerance induction (ITI) therapy, inhibitory antibodies in the plasma of patients with haemophilia A, and von Willebrand factor ristocetin cofactor activity.
