- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 65-year-old woman with FVII deficiency. She was evaluated by hematology in 2010, and no history of bleeding complications despite multiple surgical procedures, including toe amputation, and cardiac stenting. She underwent three-vessel coronary bypass off-pump for severe left main artery disease and reveals that she had no bleeding complications and did not require further doses of FVII replacement.
