- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 9-year-old boy with von Willebrand factor (VWF) alloantibodies and type 3 VWD. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT) scan, X-ray, scintigraphy discovered a diffuse lesion in the left knee's medical femoral condyle. It states that a surgical excision of the lesion was determined after a 7-month period of permanent pain that worsened gradually which affects the quality of life of the patient.
