The article presents a study of rapid re-housing programs in high-cost markets in the U.S. as a strategy to resolve homelessness. Also cited are the components of the programs like securing permanent housing for families, the different rent subsidy structures of the programs, and the services not related to housing that were provided to the families like childcare support, legal advice, and domestic violence support.
