A letter to the editor is presented in response to a case of a 59-year-old man who was diagnosed of having sarcoidosis due to the presence of uveitis and bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, increased level of serum angiotensin-converting enzymes (ACE), and a negative response to purified protein derivative of tuberculin (PPD).
