- Abstract
The article offers information about problems of people residing on rent in the U.S. in relation to expression of freedom of speech. It discusses U.S. Supreme Court's Judgment in case that has been challenged under the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution including City of Ladue v. Gilleo, wherein residential signs have been considered crucial and distinct medium of expression. It further mentions that City of Ladue has laws for the protection of free speech for homeowners only but nothing has been specified for renters.
