The article presents a study on the haematological reference intervals for Indian Leopards. In the study, nine leopards including four males and five females were included. The animals were located at four major zoological gardens of Gujarat state in India. About 15 ml of blood was withdrawn from coccigeal vein in a sterile disposable 20-ml capacity plastic syringe.
