We report search results for flavor-changing neutral current process b → dγ with a data sample containing 275 million B meson pairs accumulated at ϒ(4S) resonance. We studied the exclusive decays B+ → ρ+γ, B0 → ρ0γ and B0 → ωγ, and find no significant signal. We set an upper limit for combined branching fraction $\mathcal{B}(B \to (\rho,\omega)\gamma) < 1.4 \times 10^{-6}$ at 90% confidence level.
