- Abstract
The article examines the U.S. laws ability to efficiently remedy any damages resulting from genetically modified (GM) contamination of organic crops. Topics discussed include common law system of GM crops in the country; the GM contamination case In re StarLink Corn Products Liability Litigation; and Australian regulation and its handling of contamination cases such as Marsh v. Baxter.
