- Abstract
The article focuses on the Environmental Protection Law of China which helps the environmental law clinics in maintaining welfare of Chinese citizens and their participation in the development of environmental law and policy. Topics include problems of environmental harm and wealth distribution as a result of rapid economic growth; role of environmental clinics in protecting environment; and using U.S. environmental law clinic as a model for combating challenges of environmental protection.
