- Abstract
The article discusses history of school finance litigation in Kansas. It mentions about positive duty required by Article 6 of the Kansas Constitution, and explores the future of education and options available to the Kansas Supreme Court in light of potential future Kansas Legislature action. It also talks about attorneys actively involved in school finance litigation; and enactment of School District Finance Quality and Performance Act for addressing the same.
