The article explores the portrayal of lawyers and the U.S. court system and legal practice in Marvel Comics' comic book series and television series "Daredevil." Topics discussed are popular culture and theories about the legal system, perspectives of writers Frank Miller, Brian Michael Bendis, David Hine and Mark Waid on "Daredevil," and the current "Daredevil" comic book series by Charles Soule.
