- Abstract
The article reports on the North Carolina school teachers employment difficulty, interests and possible solutions. It states that the §115C-325 of the North Carolina General Statutes provides the system of employment for public school teacher were causing more harm than good. It also mentions that the students must be the motivation for any system of teacher employment or termination so that they can get the access to the most capable and passionate educators that a state has to offer.
