- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 9-year-old female patient with clinical diagnosis of a congenital melanocytic naevus and serial excisions. Topics discussed include physical examination revealing irregular shaped and pigmented macula, diagnosis of congenital dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, treatment options which includes serial excision with a final micrographically controlled step.
