- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a patient with mycobacteriosis caused by Mycobacterium marinum which was initially diagnosed as metastatic Crohn's disease (CD). Topics discussed include the presence of multiple vesicles with hemorrhagic crusts on the patient's nose, biopsy of the nose which revealed the presence of Mycobacterium marinum, and treatment with clarithromycin.
