- Abstract
The article reports that CD20 expression is found in approximately 15 to 20 percent of multiple myeloma (MM) patients. It discusses the immunohistochemical studies of MM bone marrow biopsies and gene expression profiling experiments that could find an association between cyclin D1 and CD20 expression. It states the aim of the study as characterizing CD20+ MM cases associated with cyclin D2 expression by immunohistochemistry.
