- Abstract
This article explores the concept of including semen in products liability law. The author argues that both semen and products liability are often overlooked and not openly discussed. The author provides evidence from case law and secondary sources to support their arguments. They discuss the underrepresentation of semen in medical texts and online platforms, as well as the under-mentioning of products liability despite its importance. The author defends the inclusion of semen as a product in products liability law and highlights the potential benefits of stricter liability. Overall, the article aims to promote a better understanding of the legal implications and potential liability associated with semen.
