- Abstract
The article explains the need for modernization of copyright based on practical illustrations of copyright precedent. Topics discussed are copyright infringement, implementation of administrative copyright judges before commencement of infringement suit and related problems, usage of copyright special masters, split of copyright infringement issues without dissolution of the right to a jury, and incorporation of copyright law into federal circuit jurisdiction.
