- Abstract
Seven nucleoside metabolites were isolated from the fermentation broth of Streptomyces sp. FIM-080014 by using HP-20 macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography, sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC. They were identified as uracil ( 1 ), uridine (2), 2'-deoxyuridine (3), 5'-C-methyluridine (4) ,2'-deoxythymidine (5) ,2'-deoxyguanosine (6) and hypoxanthine (7) based on the data of NMR and MS. Bioactive assay revealed that compounds 1-7 showed slight antineuraminidase activity,with ICz0 values of 3.7,2.1,4.4,1.4,3.6,2.5 and 2.4 mM, respectively. In addition, compound 4 was isolated from microbial metabolites for the first time.
