- Abstract
Four main linear furocourmarins in Radix Angelicae dahuricae, i.e, isoimperatorin, imperatorin, byakangelicin and oxypeucedanin hydrate were extracted and purified by silica-gel column chromatograph. Their analgestic effects were evaluate by decreasing the mice's pain caused by hot board and acetic acid. Their spasmolyais actions were carried on isolated rabbit intestine and anti-tumor activities were screened by MTT, respectively. The results showed that isoimperatorin and imperatorin had obviously analgestic activity and they repressed the mice's pain caused by hot board and acetic acid. Isoimperatorin, imperatorin and oxypeucedanin hydrate had distinctly spasmolytic effect and significantly repressed the smooth muscle spasm of rabbit's isolate intestine caused by BaCl2, while byakangelicin had no obvious effect. Isoimperatorin and oxypeucedanin hydrate had obviously anti-tumor effect.
