- Abstract
The article mentions that most common vaginal surgical approaches for apical vaginal prolapse is either sacrospinous fixation (SSF) or high uterosacral ligament suspension (HUSLS). Results of patients undergoing apical vaginal prolapse with or without concomitant procedures at Queensland unit from July 2012 to December 2015 and at Victorian unit from January 2014 to July 2017 are presented.
