- Abstract
The article focuses on the effectiveness of Drug and Alcohol Testing in the Workplace Act (DATWA) of Minnesota which will complete 30 years on September 1, 2017 which provide privacy protections for employees and serves important public policy purpose. It court case Wehlage v. ING Bank on risk of non-compliance with DATWA. It also mentions Minnesota Supreme Court held that a claim for wrongful discharge under DATWA is subject to a six-year statute of limitations.
