- Abstract
The article deals with the enhancement of organizational performance and effectiveness through facilitating an organizational change to a process view of management. Competition factors that contribute to operational innovation are product availability, consistency and delivery speed, customer responsiveness, and time to market. It is also suggested that workers are needed to be educated about these factors that will aid in enhancing the organization's operation. A case study about process management that was conducted at GE Aircraft Engines was also discussed.
