- Abstract
The article offers information on a lawsuit filed by Shell Green against United Utilities Water PLC which provides services in northwest Great Britain. These include sewers, wastewater treatment plants, sludge treatment plants and a centralised standalone processing plant known as Shell Green. The latter required an integrated pollution prevention and control permit and sought declaratory relief in respect of other sites represented by United Utilities which did not require permits.
