- Abstract
Front Cover: Colloidal monolayers are versatile masks for nanosphere lithography. They can be assembled into highly ordered and large area two dimensional arrays and manipulated by reactive ion etching. The investigation of the optical properties of etched colloidal monolayers comprising subwavelength sized polystyrene particles demonstrates a precisely adjustable effective refractive index, which can be tuned towards optimum antireflective properties.
