- Abstract
The article reports on the recommendation by a group of biomedical experts towards the biomedical research partnership between Europe and China that it need more ethical oversight to prevent unregulated stem cell therapies and the exploitation of clinical participants. The suggestion includes a call for a joint advisory body made up of experts from participating countries. It adds that patients involved in clinical trials must have access to any beneficial therapies after the trials completed.
