- Abstract
The article discusses the homogeneity of the precipitation data in Turkey. It says that outlier trimming and homogeneity checking were both performed on a monthly basis at various lengths using the Standard Normal Homogeneity Test in 267 hydrological stations. It likewise states that outlier values are usually found during dry summer months over the southern part of the country. Moreover, it claims that there are several stations that could either not be tested efficiently or could be classified as inhomogeneous.
