The article offers information on charge carriers in conjugated polyelectrolyte (CPE). Topics discussed include optoelectronic features of organic semiconductors with the ability of polyelectrolytes to modulate physical properties through electrostatic forces; injection barriers in organic optoelectronic devices; and the information on the Hall effect, Seebeck coefficient, field effect transistors (FETs), and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) measurements.
