This case study refers to a patient with neuroendocrine small cell lung cancer with lung metastases. The immunohistochemistry confirms the results of histopathology exam. The patient was treated by chemotherapy with cisplatin end etoposid. The outcome was stabled disease. Case argues the use of positron emission tomography and alphafetoprotein in pursuing therapeutic result.
