- Abstract
The article offers information on a study related to the use of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and Superficial Fluid Chromatography (SFC) for the separation of enantiomer and topoisomer of acidic compounds. It informs that the study aimed at demonstrating the ability for recognizing enantiomer resolution and plasmid topoisomer separation in HPLC.
