- Abstract
The article discusses the study which compares the parental osteosarcoma (POS) and highly metastatic cells isolated from POS (HMPOS), canine osteosarcoma cell lines. It examines the mechanism to acquire HMPOS through cell adhesion assay, wound healing assay, and cell migration and invasion assay. Results suggests that adhesion ability has little association with metastasis compared to other tumors.
