- Abstract
In the study there is a chronological review of the issues that dominated in rich and multifaceted literature devoted to the issues of organizational learning. They constituted a kind of "milestones" and became an inspiration for further research. The synthetic overview was made in accordance with the division into three periods according to the following sequence: the beginnings of organizational learning - half of the twentieth century, a significant development in the 80's and 90's of the last century, with a particular distinguishing of the concept of "learning organization", the first decade of the twenty-first century.
