- Abstract
Clincal supervision is not only an important factor in delivering effective and evidence-based interventions but is an opportunity for staff to reflect of their practice and therefore improve their skills and knowledge. This article discusses some of the evidence around clinical supervision, outlines the training delivered to occupational therapists and the supported organisational culture change in an occupational therapy service within one NHS board in Scotland.
