The article discusses a court case wherein non-zero opponent Lynden Dorval won a decision from the Board of Reference, which ruled that the former high school teacher was unfairly dismissed by Ross Shepherd High School following a dispute over the school's no-zero assessment policy. Topics discussed include Dorval being suspended in May 2012 and dismissed in September for refusing to implement the school's new marking system.
